SUMMARY:Round Robin Training and Emergency Evacuation Training
DESCRIPTION:Please mark your calendars for August 27th for our first ever SPPC Round Robin Training. One of the major barriers to training for our service teams is finding the time to do so\, thus we have decided to set aside a whole Sunday School hour (9–10am) on August 27th for team leaders to train their teams. \nThe format will be three rounds of 20-minute sessions. This will allow persons on multiple teams to sit through the training session for each of his/her teams. For example\, if someone served in the nursery\, the Greeting Team\, and the Hospitality Team\, then that person could attend the Nursery training during Session 1 (9-9:20 am)\, move to the Greeting Team training for Session 2 (9:20-9:40 am)\, and then on to the Hospitality training for Session 3 (9:40-10:00 am). If you have been thinking about serving\, this also presents a great opportunity to visit sessions and see which team you would like to join! \nAfter service\, we are also asking church members to stay an additional 15 minutes as Alex Rogers walks us through our emergency evacuation processes. \n
