Learning More About SPPC
After attending worship services, you may have questions about our church that haven’t been addressed yet. Or, perhaps, you are interested in making SPPC your church home by way of membership. If this is the case, then you’ll want to attend an Inquirer’s Seminar.
The Inquirer’s Seminar is an informal gathering on Friday evening and Saturday morning where you have the opportunity to learn more about St. Petersburg Presbyterian from our pastor, Dave Harding. On Friday evening we share a meal together, hear the story of how SPPC began and discuss our overall mission and core values. On Saturday morning we meet for a continental breakfast and discuss the beliefs and organization of our church. There’s also time for Q&A. Nursery is available for the Saturday sessions, by reservation only.
Attending an Inquirer’s Seminar does not imply that you plan to become a member of St. Petersburg Presbyterian, but it is required for those who desire membership. We offer these seminars in September, January and May.
